RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Can I return my order?
Yes, absolutely. If you are not entirely satisfied with your items, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to make a return.
In order for your return to be approved, the following conditions must be strictly met:

Condition of the item: The article must include all of its original components and the packaging must be undamaged.

Use: Only normal handling of the product is accepted. Any damage resulting from negligence will be refused.

Hygiene: Sensitive products must be cleaned prior to being sent back.

Defects: Any defect must be reported immediately upon receipt.

Costs: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing time: Processing takes approximately 7 working days upon receipt for validation.
How do I make a return? (Step by step)
If your order meets the conditions outlined above, please follow the steps below:

Step 2: Required information
Your email must include the following:

Photo of the product (mandatory in the event of damage)

Original delivery address
Step 3: Validation and address
Our team will respond with the exact return address.
Please note: Never send the parcel to the sender's address shown on the package. Please wait for our specific return address.
Step 4: Dispatch
The customer is responsible for shipping to our central warehouse located in Asia. We recommend providing us with proof of postage to help speed up the process.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Legal timeframe: 14 days from the date of receipt of the last item in your order.
Important note regarding cancellations:
As our system is fully automated, the dispatch process begins as soon as an order is confirmed. It is therefore not possible to halt a shipment once it is underway. You must wait until you have received the parcel before proceeding with a return in order to obtain a refund.
In the event of an extended transit period:
As our products are shipped from Asia, delivery times may vary. If the parcel is already on its way, immediate cancellation is not possible. Please proceed with the return once the item is in your possession.
